Ok I think I'm getting the hang of this. I think there's still a few things to tweak but will get there - might just take me a while to figure out what and where. The aim is to have regular updates - I should be able to manage that.
The last big event that we were part of was Hannah's Sports Day for school. It was such a fab morning - down at the HK Football Club - a walk down the hill for us. This is a picture from the Football ground looking up at our apartment block. Ours in the one in the scaffolding - major renovations going on. We live in the one on the left.

It was all on right from the beginning - all the kids were exerting energy on the bouncy castles and running around BEFORE the events had kicked off. They weren't in their classes but had been separated into colour groups - it was a good way for her to meet other children at her school - she wasn't particularly interested but I'm sure that was the intention. The activities were first and they did fun things as riding a horse, giving the thirsty tigers a drink, bouncing snakes - there was an animal theme going on. The running races were by class and at the end they all got their gold medal - for participation !!

And then after all the events were finished they were right back on the bouncy castles again. It was a very warm day, think about 26 degrees - and considering it was still winter. Victoria was there and she wanted so much to participate. It'll be her turn soon enough - it's exactly the same when she comes with me to drop Hannah off in the morning - she pulls out a chair and sits down. She gets rather upset when she realises that she can't stay.

Feels funny you talking about Hannah at school and she looks to grown up there too.
